Maintenance
Do you have peace of mind when it comes to your roof? Be aware that roof warranties do not cover routine maintenance.
Roof maintenance is one of the most overlooked areas in the upkeep of a building. Neglecting a roof can seriously compromise the longevity of any system. Whether it is under warranty or not, your roof needs ongoing care to protect your investment.
Quality Tile Roofing has developed a maintenance program that will maximize the life of your roof and preserve the value of your building. By establishing a program of preventative maintenance, you can ensure that your roof will last its intended life cycle virtually trouble-free.
For one annual fee, Quality Tile Roofing's yearly service contract includes:
• Roof Inspection
• Roof Plan
• Bi-Yearly Inspection
• Miscellaneous Repairs
• Pitch Pocket Filling
• Scuff, Crack and Blister Patching
• Drain and Gutter Cleaning
• Caulking Repair and Touch-Up
• Leak Response and Repair
The Quality Tile Roofing maintenance program is designed to allow the owner to pay a yearly fee which covers all necessary work, including service calls and preventative maintenance. Each roof will be evaluated at the start of the contract to determine its serviceability based on age, condition and quality. Quality Tile Roofing will recommend initial corrective repairs which will vary depending on category and building size.
Computerized dispatch report and itemized billing keep us on top of millions of square foot of roof. With our professional recommendations and repair procedures we can maintain your roof for its entire life cycle.

Category 2: 8 to 12 years old. A roof still under warranty. In good to average condition requiring some corrective work.
Category 3: 10 to 20 years old. An older roof with possible life, if extensive corrective repairs are made.
Category 4: An old or poorly installed roof with little or no economic value remaining where the cost of performing extensive repairs would exceed the value of the roof (a new roof would be recommended).
